Why Job scheduler and Activity results are different.
Hello,
In Pega Activity execution its working well, but with in Job scheduler execution of activity is different, what's the reason and how can I solve this?
Explanation
- I need to delete Operator IDs based on access group with separate condition. so, I created Report definition for filter Operator IDs based on condition and I got results.
-In activity its working fine and Operator IDs deleted.
-After calling this activity into Job scheduler result is different. it is deleting all data based on access group.

Hi @Dayan Selvaraja, can you share the condition you are using for filtering the report?
If you are using the clipboard pages: "OperatorID" or "AccessGroup" etc., it won't work because a Job scheduler will have it's own requestor and the clipboard structure also varies.

Yes, I'm Using Clipboard Pages: "pyReportContentPage.pxResults".
so how can I solve this?

@Dayan Selvarajaso, I am assuming in your activity you have called a report and you want to loop over the results and delete the records, correct?
You can trace and check, but imo the pyReportContentPage.pxResults will still be present but are you using any filters in your report which are not available in the current thread context?

yes, Filters also not available.
In activity is working fine deleting records as well, but problem is after calling activity into Pega Job scheduler result is different.
My Requirement I need to delete OP Ids, what is the solution or another method regarding this problem.
