PegaMKT agents missing in Pega Lab instance - Segments does not populate results

I have one Pega Lab instance system with Pega Marketing where the segment does not populate the results. Found out following article that indicates PegaMKT-Engine agent has to running:

The only agent in the system is PegaMKT-Install, May you help me with this issue please?

Solved the issue by:

  1. Switch Dev Studio:
  2. Navigate to Records> SysAdmin>Agent Schedule
  3. Search for PegaMKT-Engine scheduler
  4. Open the sechedule and enable it by marking the checkbos "Enable this agent"
  5. Log off and Log in as Admin role for the app
  6. Switch to Admin Studio, the agent should be running at this point
