Immediate Steps Post Upgrade Tasks from 7.1.9 to 8.5 (Oracle 12.1.0.2|Weblogic)

Hi Pega Team,

We are upgrading from upgrade from 7.1.9 to 8.5 on Premise to On Premise | Pega platform | App server –WebLogic   Proprietary information hidden | DB Server – Oracle server Proprietary information hidden. Can any one help with immediate steps.

@SuhasKumar , thanks for reply. Apart from the post upgrade tasks which mentioned in the upgrade guide document, do we need to take any other tasks or any high level steps required.
