i am getting attached error

Hi ,


step 1) i am clicking the task button then i am getting below error:

.BusinessUnitPage:** error loading D_BusinessUnitDetails, Reason:Failed to find instance PegaCA-interface-BusinessUnit.MapAddressdetails.

there is no stack error.

Hello,

Can you check the configuration of this Data Page called "D_BusinessUnitDetails" to verify how it is suppose to load and if this MapAddressDetails instance actually exists

Which framework are you using?

Are you using Customer Service (CS) ?

In CS 7.4, MapAddressDetails is under PegaCA-Interface-Address class not under PegaCA-interface-BusinessUnit class.
