When one of the users are trying to open an email attachment - they are getting error as Open Authoring control failed to load
When one of the users are trying to open an email attachment - they are getting error as Open Authoring control failed to load.
We are on Pega 7.1.8.
And this happens for just one user. First it asks the user to enter the credentials and once the user enters the credentials it then throws the error.
So if this has to be fixed, is this going to be a hotfix from Pega or a local change in the user's desktop.

On reviewing the corresponding SR, we see that it has been resolved with a recommendation to use OOTB Data-Corr-Email.Show rule
