User is receiving error while trying to open a case in UI
Hi Team,
We are able to see the below error in logs.Could you please take a look.

com.pega.pegarules.pub.generator.RuleNotFoundException: Failed to find a 'RULE-NAVIGATION' with the name 'PYCREATEMENU' that applies to '@baseclass'. There were 4 rules with this name in the rulebase, but none matched this request. The 4 rules named 'PYCREATEMENU' defined in the rulebase are:

Please check the access group for the user, In logs it is showing an invalid access group.

@ArunDavidM This log message is related to extraction of bix using java command line. If we don't define Keyring file path in the command line, we will get this error. If not BIX, are you using BIXFTPServicePackage service package by mistake? If yes please check and remove it and try again

Hi @ArunDavidM: I could see you have mentioned many logs. It would be good you can share stack trace of the logs separately for each of this. In a high level view, item 3 can be ignored. I feel this is because of the PDN news feed section in developer portal. If you are still blocked with this issue, please share complete stack trace to analyse.

#2: Please verify if the Access Group "Quarks:Administrators" is present in your application.
#3: Please share the full stack trace for this to identify the point of invocation.
#4: It seems your application is trying to access the navigation "pyCreateMenu" from a section defined in class "@baseclass". Was this section overridden?
