Every time the user tries to open the case, it gives the no work id error
HI - Have you found a fix to your issue above.
We are also facing a similar issue and that is happening after we submit a particular screen. And after that every time the user tries to open the case, it gives the no work id error. We have made several combinations and tried to debug by removing sections/fields from the screen to pin point the cause of the issue but haven't been able to successfully fix this issue yet.
from the logs i see something like - Cannot resolve source property for pyDisplayHarness.OpportunityPage. Link info: Is reference = true; Levels to parent = (using other named page 'D_Opportunity_pa31619964745944836pz'); Relative target = null; Total number of redirections = 1; Rule trace list: []; Reason: Declarative page instance of: D_Opportunity_pa31619964745944836pz with parameters: {OpportunityReferenceID=GER - 273264} is not found
.OpportunityPage is a page property referring to a thread level data page D_Opportunity using .OpportunityReferenceID PK as parameter to load the unique record.
any suggestions will be immensely helpful.
