Dirty Pop Up in Search while trying to open case

Hi,

When iam trying to open a case from Search bar on top right, iam getting a pop up saying , Case id is already open, do you still want to make changes pop up .

Can someone please respond with a solution for this .

Thanks for your reply , but it didnot resolve my issue .

I have replaced Open Assignment with RunScript and tried but its giving me stack error

Did you call showHarness script ?

You may need to call openWorkByHandle instead with the "skipConflictCheck" parameter. I can create a local sample and will share details if it works
