Error when trying to open excercise

Hello,

I am getting this error in the training cloud instance for the SAE I course and can not continue. This happens when I click the "Open exercise system" link:

Status fail
Message caught exception java.lang.NullPointerException
Operator ID Unauthenticated or not available
Requestor ID No ID available
Timestamp Wed Mar 25 16:44:18 UTC 2015
Engine Version PegaRULES 7.10 ML6 (coreAssemblyCached_716_259)

Dear Caesar,

 

I'm able to open the exercise system when I ghosted as your account. Can you clear your browser cache or use an alternative browser to try?

Thank you I am able to open it in Chrome and IE. I did not clear my browser cache beforehand - it just started working again this morning.
