Hi,
I am unable to open the exercise system.  When I click on "Open exercise system", I get a second browser window with an HTML error that reads:  "This webpage is not available.  ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED".  The URL is https://paex25-use.pegacloud.com/prweb/PRServlet/beEBp4uRVTogorRwSwWqbKQhhojtVn9i8O_jf-sz7PTTX78DAbxNG-PfdaGMjUaX*/!STANDARD  .  

I stopped working on the course for about 8 weeks so maybe my saved environment has expired?  I was on the 4th unit.

Yes, your exercise system should be expired so the old URL will not work. Go to the lesson and click on the "Open exercise system" to get a new system.

Hello - yes, I am in the lesson and I do click "Open the exercise system".  I'm not pasting a saved link into the browser.  When I mouse over the "Open the exercise system" link, the link shows as:

When I actually click on that link, it re-directs me to the link I mentioned before:

I tried it in both ID and Chrome and got the same thing.  It worked before when I was doing this in Chrome.  Perhaps I need my exercise system reset?

Oops, minor typo above.  The mouse-over link has an extra colon character (:) at the very end.  That is a typo.  The mouse-over link actually ends one character earlier, with the hash character (#).

I ghosted into your account and am able to open the exercise system using the Open exercise system link, as well as the URL you have provided above. Can you clear your browser cache, and try again?
