Activity ProcessAssignment doesn't open assignment

I have case with active assignment, but when I try open it - the system falls with an fail and assignment doesn't open. When I started tracer, I saw that activity ProcessAssignment in Assign- was starting and "call acquireWorkObject" on second step. Then acquireWorkObject was exiting after step 7 and exiting from ProcessAssignment. Assignment doesn't open, how I can open it?
In logs I have only log "PRException".

The StackOverflowError seems to be related to Tracer. Do you see the same error when Tracer is not running? What options are selected in Tracer?

Can you try tracing without the 'expand java pages' option and see if there is a different error in the log?

I would suggest opening an SR at this point so an engineer can work with you more in depth on this issue.
