Exercise system doesn't contain Onboarding casetype listed.

First Issue: I do not see System Architect Essentials (v7.3, v7.4) listed in the course dropdown. This needs to be fixed. For now, i selected 7.2 as an entry to ask this question.

As part of the self-study course, the first exercise (Exercise: Modeling a case life cycle) refers to adding stages to the lifecycle of the Onboarding case type. However, my exercise system doesn't have the Onboarding listed under case types. I have only Benefits enrollment available in the system.

Can someone help me resolve this issue.
