When i am clicking an attachment in the attachment tab,i am getting an error message.

When I am clicking on a link in the attachments tab, I am getting the below error message:

USE A/C CONTROL

PROGRAM NAME :- PRPC IMAGE VIEWWE VERSIOON 6,1,0,1

VERIFIED PUBLISHER :- PEGASYSTEM INS.

FILE ORIGIN :-DOWNLOADED FROM THE INTERNET

Has anyone faced a similar issue?What can be the reason and how to resolve?

Hi Susan,

The issue is resolved. It was an environment issue. Our application's environment lacks certain upgrades because of which this issue was happening.

Hi Chiranjeet,

Which PRPC release you are using? Can you upload a snapshot of the error message?

Also, what kind of attachment you are trying to open it?

Hi Chiranjeet,

Does your file contain images in it?

It looks the application needs Image Viewer to open it.

If the message is popped up for you to install, can you install it (image viewer)?

Can you upload the snapshot of the error message?
