When click on Start Learning button in every course, given error message.

Please refer the attached error message.

Please perform the following in order:

 

  • Log out of current Pega Academy sessions
  • Close all active browser tabs/windows
  • Completely clear browser cache and cookies
  • Restart browser and retry access to the course again from https://academy.pega.com/dashboard/online
  • If issue persists try a different browser brand or start an Incognito session in Chrome and try again
