How to route a case to work list to next stage

hello,

I am working on this

All the cases comes to the workbasket in this stage, one of the clinic representative will open the case from the workbasket review the information and will either submit for acceptance or resubmit to select an alternate doctor Use to pega routing conept here to move the case to work list to next stage.

how to do this need a clear process.

Hi

Does "To Worklist" on the assignment shape not working? You can specifically set the operator name the assignment is to be routed.

Is there anything else you have to do?
