How to route case to new operator

Hello,

At the beginning of new case I'm creating new operator, and in further stages I need to route the assignment to him.

1. I create new operator where operatorId= .email (property)

2. I need to assign something to new operator- I tried to set Route to: Operator and i used .Email property but it doesn't work

"Unable to open assignee's Data-Admin-Operator-ID record .Person.Email."

Hi Adam,

How about you create a new Work party for the operator upon creation and assign it to the workparty going forward?

Also route to operator accepts only static values as operators, if you give .email it checks for operator with name ".email" and hence it is failing.

You have to use route to custom, ToWorklist and then give .email. Please find the screenshot below.
