In our application, users logs in through sso.We need to route work objects based on a officers linked to a account(we have a database table with this information). The officers userid might not be present as a operator at that point. Does pega gives any outofthebox activity to do this or should we create a operator based on a model operator and route the work object to a newly created operator. Will the operator get updated when he logs in using sso with the real details.(based on the fact we created the user from a model operator)
