@RohithHarishS17297189 whom do you want to give access to? Are those users internal users or external? Is the case type is enable to allow multiple user access? If the users are internal and case type is configured for multiple user access, you can refer the worklink corr fragment to generate the url for the case. They should be able to work on the case simultaneously. 

@RohithHarishS17297189 In Pega, DWA is designed for giving temporary access to external users, but by default, it allows only one person to access the case per DWA link, and the link expires after one use or session. If you want multiple people to access or edit the case simultaneously, DWA is not the best fit. Instead, consider creating temporary operator IDs with appropriate access roles for each external user and allow them to log in and access the case through a portal. Alternatively, you can use a custom web portal or mashup (Web Embed) to display the case content, allowing multiple users to view or edit based on roles. If simultaneous editing is needed, implement a case locking and refresh mechanism to avoid data loss or conflicts.
