Is this intermittent issue or happens in all environments ?, it would be helpful if you share pega rules error stack trace at the time of accessing.

Generally this error appears when user tries to open the DWA link second time in the same email or in a different email as PRPC only allows one DWA link per requestor. So,once can you try closing the browser window before clicking the DWA link and let me know the response?

As of now,i am developing in dev env.I don't see any error in log file(Not sure if any logger level we need to set) .In SMA I see a requestor with unauthenticated access group is getting created for the dwa link I am clicking. Looks like authorization is not happening correctly and unauthenticated requested is not getting overwritten by external users access group.

Also a general question,if user clicks the dwa link and the assignment opens,but user does not perform any action and closes the browser ,will pega allow the user to click the same link and perform the task latter.

    No, Pega will not allow to open the link again.
