DWA ,Access denied (session state is invalid)

when dwa is configured after clicking on the link for external assignment the assignment is not being submitted.Error Access denied (session state is invalid is coming).

Someone told me check the harness it might be refreshing the assignment but i am not able to find particular harness

can someone tell me how to resolve this .
