Direct Web Access(DWA)

Hi All,

 

How can we implement DWA in PEGA7.1.8?

My requirement is , I have to sent mail to external (End user) in that mail  i need to sent a link like feed back sestion or Survey part  after that they need to submit their feed back. So Please help me.

Hi Narasimha,

To your requirement, to set up a DWA , you need to have 
1)an email account configured
2)an external operator
3)configure the assignment, which ever you want to send to the external operator , with AssignmentType as 'External' and Route it according to your requirement
