Regarding Direct Web Access

@hi Team,

I am sending an assignment to external user(Who is not in PRPC User). when he submit the assignment flow should resolve complete, but when he doesn't act on that assignment we need to send same assignment to another user and disable the first user, Need inputs on disabling the link for the First User(Not giving access to that assignment)

You can keep an SLA on this External asssignmment. 


Within the SLA use Reasssign escalation activity to assign this to someone else. 


The original assignment user, should no longer be able to perform using the email link.
