Customized Direct Web Access Asking For ID And Password

I tried to customize existing DWA flow and created an external user. On click of link External Assignment should open up without asking ID/Password. But in my case it is asking for ID and Pass.

I am successfully able to send link to email and on click of link workobject is opening but it is asking to login first then flow action opens up. Please help !!!

Operation is also configured as per suggested by PEGA guide line (ExternalUser) and assignment is also creating in Assign-External class table.

As per pega we can use DWA in pega by calling flow "EngageExternalForInformation" by creating and passing external user details as party and corr needs to be provided to be sent to external user email address.

I have created an external user -> customized "EngageExternalForInformation" flow and removed all assignment except where external user details is passed in assignment shape -> in that shape i have also created my own corr and on click of link i am calling activity (Call ProcessAssignment) which is opening external assignment in perform mode.

My requirement is to send email to external operator and he is able to process flow action (no id/pass required here) by providing/updating accept and reject radio button + provide some comment and then flow move forward upon submission of flow action (external assignemnt).

I am having the same problem with direct web access. Would you please share how you configured it to allow access without prompting the users for Pega credentials? Thanks very much.
