Direct web access (DWA), link generating with IP instead of DNS
Hello, We are generating a DWA link for external user assignment, the link is getting generated with server IP address instead of DNS IP. I have updated the public URL link in system settings as well as in DSS (PublicLinkURL), but no luck.
Ex: http:// Proprietary information hidden/prweb instead of https://DNSName/prweb
however, when I replace the server IP with DNS Name the assignments working fine.
can anyone help on this issue please.

If you look at the source code of OOTB function getPublicLinkURL (referenced by ExternalDWAInstructions Corr fragment), this happens when PRPC can't find a not-NULL value in property pyPublicLinkURL on page D_SystemConfiguration.
Can you run D_SystemConfiguration data page manually and debug why it is not populated with the required data?
Remember that D_SystemConfiguration is a node level data page. That means, you either have to flush it manually or restart all the nodes to allow your changes to take effect.

@Nirmalya.SenSharma , Thanks for the reply, I have checked System config D_page but "pyPublicLinkURL" it has the actual DNS value not the IP address, I tried getting the value from DSS instead of PublicLinkURL still I am getting the same issue.
