Direct Web Access - Is it feasible to access the external link multiple times
Hi,
I have a business requirement to give application access to external users for review the case and send their response back. We have implemented DWA to meet this requirement. But the ask from Business is that external users can access the DWA -link multiple times until they submit their final response.
How long DWA link will be active, is it possible for external users to open & save the case multiple times using same embedded link before submit their final response.

An External Assignment should behave the same as any other Assignment - it will last forever until submitted or purged in some way.
A problem you may encounter is the requestor session not closing when attempting to perform assignments back-to-back.
