Post-installation: Enabling granting one-time access to external users by configuring Directed Web Access

We are trying to configure Pega, post-installation, based on the guide here:

https://community.pega.com/knowledgebase/documents/pega-platform-84-installation-guide-oracle-weblogic-server-and-oracle

  1. What does Directed Web Access do/why is it important?
  2. Can we enable Directed Web Access later?
