How to create a case link for external user

I want to create a case link for external users (not Pega users).

Is it possible for external users to browse a resolved case?

If possible, please tell me the way.

Hi

You can provide such links to external user via DWA. Read here for more details.

But external users wont be able to browse any resolved cases / anything in the DB because they lack required permission and access.
