How to avoid a User from creating a Case manually

I have 2 cases where one Case2 gets created from Case1. I don't want users to manually create Case2 from Create. How can I hide Case2 from Create menu?

Create menu displays all the cases which are listed in Application rule > Cases & data tab and checkbox is checked. By un-marking the checkbox for case2, it can be hidden from create menu.

HI,

you can check the privileges of the PegaRules:user4, may be you can check at Security->Access Role Name and looking for the user4 role when you open up the instance you will see all the access granted to this role.
