Error while External user is updating case
Hi,
I have a flow in which when External user is trying to update the case am getting below error:
"Error: You lack access required to execute RULE-OBJ-ACTIVITY CODE-PEGA-LIST PYGETALLATTACHMENTS #20140912T072640.850 GMT. "
Can anybody is aware of the cause of this issue.

We did some search over the PDN and it seems that the error is due to lack of access privileges for executing PYGETALLATTACHMENTS.
Please find below the two PDN links which suggests similar root causes:

To resolve this, you may want to bypass authentication in the security tab of PYGETALLATTACHMENTS.

Hi,
PYGETALLATTACHMENTS is pega OOTB activity in which 'Require Authentication to run' is checked.
When i tried saving this activity in new ruleset unchecking authentication checkbox, its throwing error: "Invalid expression or reference: error: Declare-Page 'D_AttachmentList' needs mandatory parameter 'LinkRefFrom'"

I dont think removing the authentication option from OOTB activity will be a good thing as for external user we need to have some security mechanism.

Can you please elaborate what operation your external users were trying to when they faced this issue ?
