Allowing non Pega user to update a case

Is it possible to send an email with a link from a specific case in the system, that will allow a non Pega user, to get an access to this specific case (by clicking the link), watch the details and update case's comments and status?

Yes, we can by a method called Direct Web Access or DWA in Pega.
