GetNextWork Allow to open a case for multiple users
Hi All,
Tow or more users are able to open same work objects by clicking GetNextWork option. In case type rule locking functionality set as Optimistic as per business requirement. Need to lock work objejt for single user only, If other users try to open same case it will need to not open. Please help on this.

But If two user open single case and both the users called to end user, therefore there will be confusion for end user. That's why we are looking for solution.

If 1st user submits the case and 2nd user get refresh popup and 2nd user click on refresh button to case gets update and then 2nd user continue to work on the same case.

Hello,
So you are working with Optimistic locking but you do not want it for GetNextWork. Am I understanding correctly.
I don't think you can do this Out-Of-The-Box but you could potentially customize the GetNextWork mechanism to make sure two users will not be working on the same case at a given time maybe.
