Tabbed view on User portals to open multiple cases in different tabs
Hi,
I have a requirement where users want to open cases in tabs rather than opening the cases randomly by replacing the current open case.
I see an article in pdn regarding the Tab configuration but that article was for Pega 7.1.7
So I'm posting this to know whether Pega 7.2.2 has any updated rule which does this requirement OOTB.

Hi Vyas,
You can go ahead and follow the same implementation in Pega 7.2.2 to get the Tab configuration for the opening of work objects. Using Tabbed Group layout is the solution.

Yes Tabbed layout is deprecated but you have Layout Group of type tab and get the same functionality. If you are looking for tabbed view in Manager portal to open work objects you can consider this OOTB "pzStudioContainerTabs" rule as reference and create your own rule. I hope this is helpful.
