How to enable work object opening in multiple tabs

Hi All,

I am using Pega 7.2.1. I want to open work objects in multiple tabs thorugh pyCaseManager7 portal. I have followed the steps mentioned in the below link. However, work objects are not opening. Please help.

Hi Swarnendu,

Are you trying to achieve the functionality similar to the one in Designer studio, where you can open multiple rules as tabs.

If so, you need to use dynamic container (Ajax based layout). In the case manager portal, in the section included in the center region, use tab group instead of containers and then include dynamic container as a new tab.

Hi Mounika,

Appreciate your prompt reply. I can confirm you that I have applied the Dynamic container in pyCaseManager7 section embeded within the tab group. Case is getting open one on another and not in tabs. Pega suggested in the document to update pyPortalConect section but as per our configuration we are using pyCaseManager7. I can share the screenshot if you can help further.
