Hi All,
After some quite analysis, I got to know that for a Case Type, the appearance Icons are populating from the Directory "cmicons". So we just need to create Binary file of Image/Icon in that Directory in our application ruleset, So it will automatically pickup and populate that Icon in the Case type record along with other existing ones. So, we just need to apply it in the Case Type Record.
Please find the attached highlighted Icon which I have added.

I have tried in my machine which is the upgrade version of (62sp2 to 7.2.2) and I am able to see the same case level setting to change the case icon.
Can you please mention the exact version. so that I can check.

Hi Neha,
It was upgraded from v 6.3 to v 7.2 and later upgraded to v 7.4. I could see the Case Type record in Records Explorer Records-->Process--> Case Type. Not in Case type Explorer. Now I could change the Icon using Records Explorer but there are only few Icons available, I want to put Organization Customized Icon. How could I change it ?

Above one is one way which is case management another one is same thing but opening case type rule which is (CaseTypeClass>>Process>>CaseType>>pyDefault) opening the casetype rule pyDefault. After that in the first tab Process tab you can see the Appearance option there you can edit or update the image.

Hi Raj Chokka,
You can override the OOTB image to custom image by checking the source code for the current image using developer tool. you can make changes in UserWorkForm for your custom image. Please refer to the below document for reference.
