Saving state of tabs for Work Objects in SFA
Hi,
I have a doubt and want to understand is there any configuration done as part of screen design that makes WOs save state of the Tabs. OOTB SFA portal saves the Tab state but our application refreshes the WO again and comes back to the first tab whenever we switch between entities.
I am kind of lost if we overrode some setting that's making WOs refresh in our app. Any suggestion where i should look for. I compared the SFAWebCenterWA , looks same.

1) I am on Task tab
2) I open Task
3) click on Account record again. I come back to account entity and it stays on the Task tab.

Hi Amit,
I think there is no setting/configuration for saving the WO's tab state. The only reason the tab didn't change when we open the already opened WO (either from recent or from the TASK WO) because, the WO is not getting refreshed. Whenever the WO gets refreshed, it comes back to first tab. Most probably we must be opening the WO using "openworkbyhandle". Did you see any changes in action of opening a WO in implementation?
