Allow users to access a specific case without login and using unauthenticated or guest user
Pega Platform: Pega Infinity '24.2.1
I have the following use case: I want to send an email (Using the send email automation in App Studio) to a user and include a link to a specific case. The user needs to be able to click on the link and bypass the login screen. They should taken to the Case Review page and they will need to complete one or multiple assignments. How do I setup my application so that when I am composing the message I can allow this function?

@KiranB17401873 For allowing users to access a specific case and complete assignments without logging in try Directed Web Access (DWA). It’s ideal for scenarios like yours where users need quick, guided access to a case.
To set this up refer: Configuring Directed Web Access
Note: DWA is not supported in Constellation applications.
