Update a case property after it has been routed to a different user

Hi all,

I have a requirement to allow user 1 to update "Location name" after it has been routed to user 2.

The location name is already filled by User 1 before it was routed to user 2 previously.

My approach is to have a local action from which User 1 can go to the section to update the location again.

Is there any other suitable way to achieve this?

You can do it either through case-wide or flow-wide actions. I guess the first will suit you best.

Look in Case Type overview --> Settings --> Actions

I defined a flow-wide action since it has to be enabled during one more stage only.
