How to close an Interaction tab from a button in Service case?
Hi all,
In my application , we are trying to resolve/wrap up the Interaction and service at a same time.
This action needs to be done on click of a button from service case.
C case and I case are separate thread, so I am not able to close the I- case tab using the button in service case. Is there is any way to achieve it?
Please provide your inputs on this. TIA

Hi Antony,
I have tried similar configuration , on calling the activity CPMClearPortalRecent I am able to achieve the requirement.
I believe the better approch would be to mimic the close icon of the tab in Interaction Portal.
Please test the configuration.

Hi Antony,
There is something called QuickWrapup configuraiton on Interaction Driver rule... that will do the job.
When you configured Quickwrapup, irrespective of user is in Interaction screen (document) or service case screen, this will work. It closes service cases from client side and resolves the interaction.
