Close interaction tab on click of button in service case

Hi All,

In my application i need to close an interaction tab on click of a button in service case.

Please correct me if i am wrong, Currently i am in an assignment in service case and having a button in UI.

On click of that button, I need to close the I- case thread. But the current button context is in C- case thread. 

 

So how to close the tab in cpm frame work on click of a button in service case.

Can you eloborate more on CLOSE? Does it also requries resolve the work object or jsut close the document and clear threads on the server?

OOTB it should automatically work, Can you check CACancel flow action is configured to Close the Workobject upon no assignment being found on the actions tab.
