How to assign a task to specific persona or user
Hello,
I am learning pega platform by using pega platform trail. I faced this issue after creating a new case type (workflow):

If a case needs to get routed to Persona, then you can make use of Participant option in assignment shape. Select Rout To value as "Operator", in next drop-down select the "Participant" option and in 3rd drop-down select your "Persona Party Role Name" option.
This configuration should help you in routing the case to Persona.
If a case needs to get routed to specific user then you can make use of Users Name option in assignment shape. Select Rout To value as "Operator", in next drop-down select the "User Name" option and in 3rd drop-down select "Operator ID" value from auto-complete..
This configuration should help you in routing the case to particular user.
