Hello,
Do you mean routing to Operators having a specific AccessGroup? I guess you will need a custom routing activity, something like "SampleToSkilledGroupList"

I need to route the assignment to a group with the same role which are in one access group: for example I have access group - HeadClientManagers and there are two persons in it

Hi
Not sure about any OOTB way to Access group.
But you can try below:
Option 1: Assign users of the AG to a specific Workgroup and then use the router ToWorkGroup for routing
Option 2: Add skills to those users in Workgroup and then use Skill based router.
