How to selectively publish and override dashboards of all users by access group?
Hi,
I would like to know if it is possible to selectively publish and override dashboards of all users by access group?
In order words, I want to be able to: "Publish this layout A and these dashboards to Normal User Access Group, publish this layout B and these dashboards to Manager Access Group, publish this layout C and these dashboards to Director Access Group."
I know OOTB, this cannot be done, just wanted to know if anyone has done that and specific areas to take note, before I attempt to do that.
Also, I want to be able to 'deploy' the dashboard settings in DEV to a UAT machine. How can this be achieved?
I am using PRPC 7.2.2 with CS 7.2.2.

Hi Jacky,
You can configure different portal based on AccessGroup.
Portals can be customized and created as per your requirement.

Thanks, but I would like to have all users using a single portal, with their dashboard layout preconfigured by the system owner, i.e. they are not allow to change by themselves (a requirement).
If I could just bundle the pre-created dashboard layout in DEV and deploy it into UAT, it would be great. Could this be done? Perhaps the System-User-Dashboard class instances?

If not could you try to create a portal where in you make certain section visible on condition like access-groups
