Hi I am new in pega my requirement is to create a case as user with particular Access group loged in.
I am creating a shopping application ,my requirement is when user with a particular Access group loged in automatically a case will created.can some one suggest me how to achieve this.

Hi,
Pega uses an Available activity called ApplicationProfileSetup (class: Code-Security) to allow configurations while logging in. You can use that activity to write a Create Case functionality, based on AccessGroup.pyAccessGroup property present in the clipboard. If it matches your desired Access Group, you are good to go !
I would suggest to be careful with this approach though : ApplicationProfileSetup is called whenever a new Portal is open, so your conditions need to be very strict in order for your case creation to only happen when you need it.

Vatalukdar tankyou for your reply, I have tried the above approach but ApplicationProfileSetup Activity runs continuously when I am checkin , delete ect the rule in fact I am not able to checkout any other rule after configure the Activity .can you tell me any other approach to fulfill my requirement.
