File Listener rules missing after upgrade from 6.2 to 7.3 (pi_data_connect entries are also missing)

We upgraded from PEGA 6.2 to PEGA 7.3.1 and we see now that all our File Listener rules are missing after upgrade from 6.2 to 7.3 (pi_data_connect entries are also missing) - other than these rules everything else seems to be fine.

Did anyone also observe a similar issue? Any suggestions?
