After Pega 7.3 Upgrade Basic and Advanced Options are not showing in Section (Palette are missing)
Recently we upgraded from Pega 7.2.2 to 7.3.1 and in section i see missing options in Basic and Advanced(checkbox, button, dropdown..........etc).

I don't see any exception, but data page D_BasicPaletteDetails activity(pyPopulateControlOptions) step 1 is not showing any result.
Prior to 7.3, these values are hard coded in data transform and now it is moved to database.

One suggestion I can give is, Create a new section rule in 7.3 and save with empty layout.
checkout your old section rule, take out all layouts and keep one empty layout.
Now compare both XMLs
