Email Account - obtain transport object fail
Dear support,
Please help me to establish connection to SMTP to send email from PEGA application.
After I provided all details in Email Account creation and test it, I'm getting 'fail' on 'obtain transport object' step.
Can you please help me with possible cause of those

In the meanwhile I have solved this issue. It was property under SysAdmin\Dynamic System Settings that needed to be setup with true value

Can you provide the information available when you expand the 'Debugging information' section of the test connection?
Can you also check the logs to see if there is an error and stack trace there and provide that?

Hi Support,
I had the same issue, so I used the above solution, the email account testing was successful but when I open email account from Configure->Integration->Email->Email Accounts, it shows connection status as failure. I am working on personal edition Pega Platform 8.1.0.

Hi Rashmi,
In Sender's connection you can change port no for SMTP host.
If you are using gmail, then you can use "465" as a port no. and then check your connectivity.
