Hi @SouravK2,
Yes, We can use Application Settings to resolve the folder name dynamically in the Email listener.
Step 1: Open the Email Account rule associated with your Email listener.
Step 2 : In the "Email Processing" tab, under the "Attachment processing" section, set the "Directory path" field to a property reference that points to an Application Setting.
Step 3 : Create a new Application Setting rule by clicking on the "Create" button in the Application Explorer and selecting "Data" > "Application Setting".
Step 4: In the Application Setting rule form, set the "Type" to "Text" and enter a default value for the folder name.
Step 5 : Now Save and Go back to the Email Account rule and enter a property reference to the Application Setting rule in the "Directory path" field, using the following syntax: " @aaaaName.pySettingValue "
Note : Replace "aaaaName" with the name of your Application Setting rule instance, and "pySettingValue" with the name of the property that holds the setting value. Now click on save and test
Hope this helps...! Happy learning
Thanks,
Sudheer
