Does Pega Marketing 7.12 support Flash SMS

We have a requirement where we need to send Flash SMS to our user. Currently our application built on Pega PRPC 7.1.7 and Pega marketing 7.12.

In the Incoming SMS rule of the current version does not provide 'Advance' tab to pass extra parameter. But we need to trigger flash SMS by setting "Data Coding Scheme" as a "Flash SMS" message class dynamically.

I would be truly appreciative if a solution could be provided regarding this issue.

Pega Marketing uses the agent PegaMKT-Engine - SendSMSInBulk for the sending of SMS messages as part of the bulk processing.
