Any idea for 2 level authentication in Pega NBAM 7.12 (OOTB or Customisation)

Hello,

Has anyone experienced in implementation of 2 level authentications on Pega NBAM 7.12 (if not as OOTB at least with customization)?

Note: version upgrades will not an option for customer.
