Currently we are using Pega NBAM 7.12 Version on Pega 7.1.7, which do not support Flash SMS.

However we have a requirement from Client where they want to use Flash SMS for outbound Campaigns.

As per latest communication from Pega Support Team we came to know that ​ Pega Marketing 7.22 provides Additional Settings (see the attachment for screenshot) which could be used to pass additional parameters required while triggering SMS, but it does not guarantee if this works for Flash SMS.

Pega confirm that they do not have anything documented to support Flash SMS in latest release.

1). Need urgent help here to understand if Additional Parameters can be used to trigger Flash SMS ?

- If "YES" , what parameter we can use to trigger it and what value need to pass.

- If "NO" , can we customize the existing functionality to fulfill this requirement. What customization could be done to achieve it ?
